जब व्यक्ति को लोगों से सराहना मिलने लगती है तब वह केवल प्रशंसा के लिए काम करने लगता है और काम को बोझ समझकर करता है। इसके परिणाम स्वरूप उसके काम की विशेषता में गिरावट हो जाती है। 

When a person starts getting appreciation from people, then he starts working only for the praise and considers the work as a burden. As a result, the specialty of his work declines.

The better you do, the better you get and the worse you do, the worse you get. This proportionality law of nature always holds true.
